(1) The functions, duties and powers of the District Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) If there is no official document revealing the identity of the person rescued in accordance with the Act and this regulation, to recommend to the relevant agency to make such a document,
(B) Forming and operating human trafficking and trafficking control committees at the local level (c) To monitor the rehabilitation center in the district according to the instructions given by the National Committee (d) To increase public awareness against human trafficking and trafficking,
(e) To implement the program under the policies and plans made by the National Committee (f) rescuing people who are at risk of human trafficking and trafficking within the district,
(g) To coordinate among the organizations working in the district against human trafficking and trafficking (h) To update the data and records related to human trafficking and trafficking and to send the related report to the National Committee every three months.
(2) The member-secretary of the district committee shall submit the details of the work done by him in accordance with the Act and these regulations in the meeting of the committee.
